Some users may be unable to start recording with Cloud Recordings and users may experience an error during these times.

We will make it clear that users should try to reschedule meetings during this time and will add a warning in our meeting interface.

During this time sign-ups will be closed as this is also affected.

We are adding infrastructure updates to make UpMeet more reliable and faster however we will have to take UpMeet offline for an hour or less as the infrastructure updates will take a while to take affect across multiple countries.

We will not do maintenance if there is an active meeting and will start when no meetings are taking place.
We will notify customers of updates via the status page.

We are switching from UpMeet Site 3.0 to 4.0. This will change the following:
- Landing Page
- Meeting Interface
- Updated Support Experience
- Updated Plan Structure
- Onboarding (next release)
